Asbestos

JSE Labs conducts analysis of suspect bulk asbestos material samples using EPA/600/R-93/116 Test Method, PLM (polarized light microscopy). Our staff consists of college-graduated geologists and technicians trained from the elite and highly respected McCrone Research Institute.

Laboratory reports can be faxed or e-mailed, and hard copies are sent. Asbestos bulk sample fees include up to four layers within the sample, as determined by the analyst.

Asbestos air sample analysis is performed on the job site or in our lab using the NIOSH 7400 method for PCM (phase contrast microscopy). Analysts are NIOSH 582 certified technicians.

Additional Services

Hazardous materials inspection, collection, analysis and consulting is available and performed by JSE Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Consultants and laboratories by proxy fully accredited and certified for the testing of other analytes including lead paint, mold, radon, pesticides, polyaromatic hydrocarbons, and more.
