Explanation of Charges
All prices listed apply to residential or otherwise small numbers of sampled material. All commercial inquiries should contact JSE Labs directly for further information.
JSE Labs charges by sample and not by layer. Samples may contain up to 4 layers of material or the sample received will be separated into appropriate multiples. For example, a sample of flooring might contain a layer of tile, a layer of mastic, another layer of tile, another layer of mastic and a layer of vapor barrier. This would count as five layers of material and thus would be separated into two samples.

JSE Labs also offers the option of on-site sampling using a trained JSE Labs technician. Pricing for on-site sampling will be dependent on factors such as travel time, building size and site conditions and as such will require individual estimations.

Contractor and consultant discounts may be available for high volume workloads.
